These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Unjammed (the "Site"), operated by CLEADEAL LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site offers general information and an interactive diagnostic tool about printer troubleshooting, for personal, non-commercial use. The content is educational in nature. Nothing on this Site is professional advice — not legal advice, not financial advice — and using the Site does not create any professional relationship between you and us. We are not affiliated with HP, Epson, Brother, Canon, or any other printer manufacturer.
We base our fix sequences on manufacturer support documentation and other verified sources, but printers vary by model, firmware, age, and condition. We do not guarantee that any information, diagnostic result, or fix procedure on the Site is complete, current, or correct, or that using it will fix your printer or produce any particular outcome. You use the Site at your own risk and are responsible for verifying model-specific steps before acting on them.

The Unjammed Fix Kit is available for a $29 one-time payment, processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The diagnostic itself is free.
All content on the Site — text, tools, guides, design, and branding — is owned by CLEADEAL LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing the Fix Kit gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. It does not transfer ownership or give you the right to share, resell, or republish it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLEADEAL LLC and its owners, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or its products — including any decisions you make based on the Site's content, such as attempting a fix procedure or replacing a printer. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLEADEAL LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
The Site may link to third-party websites or reference third-party services (such as payment processors and printer manufacturer support pages). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its last-updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
